Your health safety is our top priority. Please see below for COVID-19 updates.
We are carefully following guidelines from Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health, the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, and the World Health Organization.
We have taken the following measures to improve the safety of our patients:
-You must wear a mask in our facility
-Appointments have been spaced out to allow for physical distancing
-We schedule time and staff to thoroughly sanitize our clinic between patients
-Patients should come alone to decrease the number of people in our facility to allow physical distancing.
-Unfortunately we cannot allow support people or children into the office at this time
-Prenatal appointments are spread out according to World Health Organization guidelines
-Many appointments are being conducted virtually.
-If you would like to schedule a phone appointment, please let our staff know. (You may receive a phone call from an unknown phone number.)
-If you need an examination, you will have an appointment scheduled in the office.
-A screening procedure will be done prior to being allowed into the clinic.
-If you have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, been in contact with a positive COVID-19 patient, or have COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, or shortness of breath - please call us immediately to make alternate arrangements for your care.
